Ron, I'm so thankful you were part of my life and can not believe you are gone. You welcomed me into the Buckley clan as you would a long lost daughter. Thank you. You were such a calming influence on my wedding day, holding my hand steady through the snow and down the aisle. Thank you. Sometimes your jokes and references went way over my head, but D always understood them so I could ask him to explain them to me later. (Although I always preferred to laugh politely and not let on!) My first ever holiday abroad in Kefalonia with Dave, Enid and yourself at the place you loved so much. It wasn't hard to see why. Such an intelligent, kind and loving man - you will live on in our hearts and your wit and pedantry will live on in D. (I know what you would say to that, but it's OK I see it as a big positive).
